On January 4, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Li Jinzhang met with the delegation of the House of Representatives of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay headed by President of House of Representatives Roque Arregui. Both sides exchanged views on China-Uruguay relations and bilateral pragmatic cooperation.
